Handover season: what to expect in your first month
Keys, utility connections, the snag list and the service team — a week by week guide for new owners.
Handover is the day you have been waiting for. A little preparation makes the first month much smoother.
Week one
Collect your keys, meter numbers and handover documents. Walk through the apartment with our engineer and note anything that needs attention.
Week two
Our service team works through the snag list. Most items are closed within a few working days.
Weeks three and four
Move in at your own pace. The building management office will introduce the security, cleaning and maintenance teams.
